Dan is a 19-year veteran of the fire service, starting his career with the Budd Lake Volunteer Fire Department in New Jersey. After moving to North Carolina in 1995, he joined the Crains Creek Volunteer Fire Department (Moore). Dan joined Anderson Creek (Harnett) in 1996.
Dan is a NC Level II Firefighter, a NC Rescue Technician (VMR and Ropes), a certified Driver-Operator (Pumps and Aerials), a NC EMT-I, and a NC Certified Fire I and II Instructor and EMS Instructor.
He teaches Fire and EMS through the Community College System and also works part-time for Cumberland County EMS.
Dan currently serves as a career firefighter with the Fayetteville Fire Department.
