CARRBORO - Fire Chief Travis Crabtree
is proud to announce that Carrboro Fire-Rescue has placed into
service a new pumper tanker from Elite Fire Apparatus. The unit
features a 1500 gpm Hale single stage top mount pump, 1000 gallon
tank, four person custom cab with SCBA in three positions, (1) 300',
(2) 200' and (1) 100' pre-connected lines with 1.75" attack lines, a
1" booster reel, 1000' of 5" and 750' of 2.5" line.
