JACKSONVILLE - Half Moon has taken delivery of a 2006 Fouts Brothers brush unit. The unit is mounted on a Ford F-550 quad-cab with a 300 gallon tank, 300 gpm pump and a 10 gallon foam cell. The unit was purchased under the 2006 Assistance for Firefighters Grant administered  by the Department of Homeland Security. Under this grant, the department was able to purchase the vehicle for 5% of the actual cost.
