PLEASANT GARDEN - The Pleasant Garden Fire Department has placed in service a 2006 4 Guys/Kenworth 3,000 gallon Tanker.

The 3,000 gallon Elliptical Tanker is built on a Kenworth T-800 Chassis, powered by a Caterpillar C-15 engine. It features a Hale 1,500 gpm pump, Allison 4000 EVS Transmission and an all stainless steel body. Other features include Rudd Roto-Grip Chains, (2) 1.75 inch and a 2.5 inch crosslay, Whelen Series 700 LED water level indicator lights, LED compartment lighting, Rear 10” Newton dump, 8” side dumps, Zico ladder rack and drop tank rack, Whelen LED warning light package, Hanson International Vision/Camera System, Whelen electric and Q2B siren, stainless steel diamond plate, and gold leaf lettering.

The unit was sold by Joe Glascock and Hayes Wagner of 4-Guys Fire Trucks.
