RALEIGH – This year the Raleigh Fire Department celebrates a milestone: their 100th anniversary as a career fire department. Special events are planned throughout the year, including a downtown birthday party on June 16, 2012.
New Fire Station 2
RALEIGH – Six Forks Road was shut down early Thursday afternoon, December 29th, when a Wake County EMS unit caught fire at its station at 5305 Six Forks Road.
APEX – Early in the afternoon of Saturday, November 26, six fire departments fought a house fire at 3604 Arthur Pierce Road.
