The
Forums Have Been Upgraded (and are Virus Free!)
TUE NOV 28
FIRENEWS.NET STAFF
RALEIGH - We experienced a
serious problem with our Forum Boards over the last two weeks. Short
of loosing all the posts, the next worse thing happened: the boards
became infected with a non-malicious virus. Our host has now
upgraded our boards to the latest version, and they have been deemed
virus free.
As of today, we have 1,397 members on the boards. We invite
you to sign up, participate and take advantage of our new Regional
Forums.
Bear with us as we upgrade the aesthetics of the boards (they were
reset to the system defaults in the upgrade). Thanks for your
patience.

Kudos To Mooresville Firefighters
TUE NOV 28
FIRENEWS.NET STAFF
MOORESVILLE - FireNews received
the following email commending the actions of Mooresville
firefighters:
"I am an ER RN in a local Emergency Room. I just want to
compliment the guys at Mooresville Fire. They were first responders
to a medical call and were excellent! It was a witnessed arrest and
they appropriately used an AED and saved a mans life. They did a
great job and I think they should be recognized. Because of them,
someone will have their father for Christmas. Thanks again for a job
well done."
