Boiling Springs Lakes Fire Rescue

BRUNSWICK COUNTY – Boiling Springs Lakes Fire Rescue has taken delivery of a new Pierce rescue engine.

The rig features a 400 hp ISL engine, 1500 gpm pump, 750 gallon water tank, 30 gallon Class A foam cell, a Husky 3 Foam system, 20kW generator with 6k Night Scan light tower and provisions for an Amkus electric Simo-pump.

The engine features full depth compartments with a hydraulic ladder rack and two 100 foot Amkus hose reels with a full complement of Amkus tools in the rear compartment and a 100 foot reel on the front bumper.
