Brogden Fire

JOHNSTON COUNTY – The NC Highway Patrol is searching for the driver of a truck that ran off Creech’s Mill Road in the Brogden community, overturned, and submerged in a creek.

Eyewitnesses called 911 and rescuers, including Princeton Fire’s dive team, who rushed to the scene. When the truck was removed from the muddy waters, there was no one inside. Authorities believe the driver made it out and fled from the scene.
